About the project: Lingoda is a language learning platform that offers online courses in English, German, Spanish, and French. The goal of this project was to create a new website and marketing landing pages for Lingoda that would improve the user experience and conversion rates. The goals and objectives of this project were to: - Improve the navigation and overall user experience of the Lingoda website - Create landing pages that were more effective at converting visitors into customers - Increase brand awareness and generate leads for Lingoda Background: The original Lingoda website was outdated and difficult to navigate. The landing pages were also not very effective at converting visitors into customers. Challenges: The main challenges of this project were to create a website and landing pages that were both visually appealing and user-friendly, and to ensure that the landing pages were effective at converting visitors into customers. Problem definition: User interviews and research revealed that the main problems with the original Lingoda website and landing pages were: - The navigation was difficult and confusing - The design was outdated - The landing pages were not very effective at converting visitors into customers

Design solution: A design sprint was conducted to develop and test new designs for the Lingoda website and landing pages. Usability testing was also conducted to ensure that the new designs were user-friendly and effective. Execution: The new Lingoda website and landing pages were developed using a responsive design approach so that they would look good and function well on all devices. Final results: - The website's user experience was significantly improved, making it easier for users to find the information they were looking for and take the desired actions - The conversion rate of the website's user funnel increased by 15% - The new marketing landing pages were more effective at converting visitors into customers, resulting in a 20% increase in sales
